Why We Built UNREASONABLE

The solutions were

creating the problem.

We'd been living the pattern for years before we could name it. Then

we saw it — and built the methodology that was missing.

Two Practices. One Gap.

Mark Hunter

30 Years at the Edge of Leadership

Mark Hunter has spent 30+ years coaching top-tier executives, civic leaders, and entrepreneurs through career-defining transitions — exits, acquisitions, hyper-growth, disruption. As former Senior Team Leader with Accomplishment Coaching's ICF-accredited program, he trained coaches for 17 years and authored The Brink — How Great Leadership Is Invented. His expertise: helping leaders navigate uncertainty, disrupt systems in need of evolution, and leverage conflict as strategic advantage.

Daniel Hyman

15 Years Rewiring the Root

Daniel Hyman spent 15+ years guiding over 1,000 high-achieving leaders through identity dissolution and nervous system rewiring as an ontological coach, shamanic practitioner, and somatic facilitator. His expertise: transforming trauma, imposter syndrome, and limiting patterns into embodied power through the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience.

In Their Own Words

Each of us had the
other's missing piece.

Mark Hunter

I supported and coached leaders through the frameworks to transform and optimize — the architecture for growth, performance, and leveraging disruption.

Leaders got results. Real ones.

But strategy, performance, and resolving conflict were the depth of my focus. Once leaders hit the ceiling that no amount of optimization or transformation could break — the patterns held in the body, the beliefs wired beneath the cognitive level, the incomplete loops that thinking alone can't close — that was Daniel's domain, not mine.

The execution was my depth. The healing was his.

Daniel Hyman

I helped leaders heal — trauma, identity, the beliefs and patterns that had been quietly running the show. They found real freedom from their past. A new relationship with themselves, with others.

Deep inner work that actually landed.

But the healing was the depth of my focus. Once they resolved their past and stepped into that freedom, the strategic frameworks for leveraging it — building vision, creating what's next, executing from a new identity — that was Mark's domain, not mine.

The healing was my depth. The execution was his.

The work was always effective. It was just separated.

We closed the gap.

We combined 30 years of leadership development and systems

disruption with 15 years of identity dissolution and somatic rewiring —

and built what neither domain had built alone.

The Insight

Then we saw it —
the solutions were

creating the problem.

When we brought the two halves together, we could build what neither domain had built alone. The reason leaders kept hitting the ceiling wasn't just that healing and execution were separated. It was that without integration as the thread between them, each approach was quietly compounding the problem it was trying to solve.

What was missing was the capacity to stay in the game while regenerating through it — not after stepping out of it.

Integration existed — but as a passive process, not a skill. Most approaches treated integration as: have an experience, talk about it, reflect on it. That's not integration. That's post-game analysis.

No one was teaching

integration this way. So we

built it.

The Methodology

Integration as a core

competency.

01

Process As It's Happening

Not post-game analysis. Real-time application so friction becomes intelligence and pressure becomes fuel instead of accumulation.

02

Rewire Fragmentation at the Root

Complete the incomplete loops. Close what previous transformation opened but left unfinished. Resolve the internal conflict between versions of you that are still competing for bandwidth.

03

Regenerate Through the Game

Integration doesn't happen in a retreat or a recovery window. It happens in the meeting, the negotiation, the hard conversation. The game is the arena. That's where the capacity gets built.

The Work

The game itself becomes

what regenerates you.

The methodology emerged from navigating our own fragmentation patterns — then refined

through years of working with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders navigating the same

patterns we'd lived through.

30+

Years of leadership
development & systems disruption

15+

Years of identity dissolution
& somatic rewiring

45+

Combined years at the
intersection of both

You've done the work. Hit the ceiling. Kept going.

This is what was missing.
